    Shift focus from you delivering outcomes to systems delivering outcomes. What systems need to exist? How do they interact?

    The system begins to deliver outcomes to you.

  • Map Your Systems

    Map the systems that support your work: product or service creation, marketing, sales, delivery, improvement, and tracking.

  • Make the Invisible Visible

    Map the non-obvious systems too. Much of what keeps a business running is tacit: unwritten rules, judgment calls, assumptions.

  • Create an Action Plan

    Develop a concrete plan for building systems that deliver outcomes. Leave with a roadmap for implementation.
